Hands-on Medical Assistant Education and Training

At Anthem Institute, students in the Medical Assistant Diploma program study anatomy and body systems. They learn clinical techniques including venipuncture, injection and electrocardiogram administration through hands-on training. They take  courses that range from assisting with exams and treatment to medical office procedures and administration.

A 101 course addresses a range of subjects they need to perform effectively in a medical office, including psychology, communications and human relations.
