Business and Managerial Massage Therapy Curriculum

Additional coursework prepares students for a business or managerial career in massage therapy and covers items such as communication for healthcare professionals, healthcare compliance, computer applications and composition.

Supervised Massage Therapy Clinical Training

Students are placed in a supervised clinic following successful completion of coursework, which further prepares them to sit for the National Certification Exam for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

Associate degree graduates are ready to compete for entry-level massage therapy positions with sports and medical clinics as well as outpatient settings for psychology, pain management and orthopedic services. Many skilled nursing and hospice facilities offer massage therapy services as well.
