The field is ranked #1 by Yahoo! Education in its list of Top Five Healthcare Careers. The reason? The Bureau of Labor Statistics says job prospects are “very good,” and “employment will grow much faster than average,” particularly for information specialists with strong backgrounds in software and technology.
